The Lemoore High School Band and Colorguard are doing a Christmas Tree and Wreath Fundraiser. Purchase some fresh green Christmas cheer or donate one for a local Navy family. Kings County Firefighters Christmas Tree Lot opens November 28th! Visit Station 5 in Armona to pick out your perfect tree - including a limited selection of big 10-12 ft Noble Firs. Weekday hours from 12pm-7pm and weekend hours from 9am to 8pm.
Who is taking in Donations? Looking to help out and give back this holiday? There are so many great charities and businesses looking to make a difference, and they are looking for your help.
The Lemoore Christian Aid is collecting gloves, scarves, beanies, mittens, and new socks in all sizes for the needy. Please drop your donations at the collection site, 224 N Lemoore Ave, Lemoore, between 9am to 12:45 on Monday-Thursday. The Lemoore Christian Aid is also collecting non-perishable food items for their pantry, such as tuna, canned fruits and vegetables, canned soup, and dry goods, such as beans and pasta. Food donations can be delivered directly to Lemoore Christian Aid or dropped off at the Lemoore Rec Center at 721 W Cinnamon Drive, Lemoore between Nov. 15 to Dec. 15.
Shaw's Home Comfort is giving the Gift of Warmth by collecting new and gently used blankets for Lemoore Christian Aid from Nov 1 to Dec 31. You can drop of your donations at Shaw's, 1356 W Iona Ave, Lemoore, or arrange for them to pick them up from you by calling 559-925-9923, or contacting them through Facebook. Shaw's Home Comfort is matching all blanket donations brought to them.
Lemoore Family Eye Care Optometry is accepting new, unopened toys from the Toys For Tots Toy Drive this holiday season. You can stop by during their annual event on December 5th from 5pm to 8pm and enjoy snacks and a great raffle while you delivery your toy or stop by the office anytime during regular hours at 162 West D Street, Lemoore.
The Movement Factory is having a blanket drive benefiting Operation Christmas Blessing. They are collecting new blankets until Dec. 15, which will go to local non-profits who provide gifts to over 600 local children. Blankets can be dropped off at 1500 Enterprise Drive, Suite 309, Lemoore.
It's getting cold out there and there are many animals currently being services by the Lemoore Animal Haven. They are in need of donations for blankets, bleach, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and of course monetary donations to help keep the love going in our community.

The Annual Jingle and Mingle event in Downtown Lemoore, which includes arts & crafts, vendors, family activities, and the lighting of the Christmas Tree is happening November 30th from 4pm to 7pm. The Sarah Mooney Museum Holiday Open House will be November 30th from 1pm to 4pm. Enjoy games, arts & crafts, entertainment, live music, hay rides, and pictures with Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
The annual Lemoore Christmas Parade, put on by the Lemoore Chamber of Commerce, will be December 6th in Downtown Lemoore, starting at 6pm. Come see the lights and experience the cheer. This year's parade theme is Cowboy.
Sweet for Seniors, an annual event sponsored by the City of Lemoore, will be December 12 from 8:30am to 10:30am at the Lemoore Recreation Facility, 711 W Cinnamon Drive, Lemoore. This event offers free breakfast, entertainment, and holiday treats to local senior citizens in our community.
The City of Lemoore will be hosting Breakfast with Santa on December 13th from 8am to 11am at the Lemoore Rec Facility located at 711 W Cinnamon Dr., Lemoore. Enjoy festive fun, entertainment, and holiday activities for the whole family. Breakfast tickets are $15ea and must be purchased in advance. LifeWay Church Lemoore invites you to the Countdown to Christmas Market on Saturday, December 13th, from 10am to 2pm at 501 E. Bush Street, Lemoore. This will be an indoor event featuring lots of vendors, products, amazing personalized Christmas gifts, and countless stocking-stuffer ideas.
