The historic hotel building in Downtown Lemoore was built by Richard Scally in 1895, with a significant presence in Lemoore's history. It is believed to be the oldest continually occupied commercial building in the city of Lemoore. And a building that was once considered long ago as one of the city’s social centers.

This building is currently home to many small local businesses in Lemoore; including MR Balloons, F&K Commodities, Century 21 - Jordan Link, and Metamorphosis Salon.
